A top-class sports car: new TT from 2006
The second generation of the cult coupe, the Audi TT, to be launched in September 2006, is a force to be reckoned with and is already being eagerly awaited by the motoring press. And the current TT still looks as fresh as it did when it was launched, according to "Auto Bild". The new TT, which is to be available at dealers in spring 2007, will therefore inherit many details from the original, for instance the striking radiator grille and the line of the silhouette. These details provide the finishing touches to designer Freeman Thomas...

Enjoy the sun the elegant way
The new generation of the Audi A4 Cabriolet also remains true to the soft top. Audi has quite deliberately decided against a hard top for reasons of aesthetics. And in no way does the soft top appear to be behind the times. It opens fully automatically in just 21 seconds - 5 seconds quicker than on the predecessor model. The top can even be opened and closed when driving along slowly at speeds of up to 30 km/h. Those who want to enjoy peace and quiet in the vehicle interior can order a special version of the soft top which features a higher mat...

Without question, this time of year should not only be one of celebration, but one of reflection and a cause for action, on behalf of everyone. There was a recent article in...

"Real World" Safety Research vs. One Crash Test
Real World safety is Volvo's highest priority. It's a dedication we have demonstrated time and again through the application of industry-leading expertise and modern facilities to enhance safety and pioneer our new safety systems. Designing vehicles with Real World safety is Volvo's methodology and priority. Excelling in one particular nation's governmental or third party tests is not. In third-party tests, such as the recent American IIHS Top Safety Pick Awards, or the NHSTA Crash Tests, vehicles are ranked based on the pe...
